AI Product Manager

Job Summary

Building the future of risk decisioning, the full-time remote AI Product Manager will develop a visual workflow automation platform integrating cutting-edge AI to enhance fraud, credit, and compliance risk management for financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop the product roadmap balancing no-code accessibility with sophisticated AI capabilities and define success metrics across various use cases
• Collaborate with engineering and risk domain experts to ensure the platform meets practitioner needs and articulate its unique value proposition
• Lead agile ceremonies and maintain clear communication across all stakeholders to drive product development and iteration

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in B2B SaaS platforms, preferably in fintech or risk management
• Deep understanding of workflow orchestration patterns, event-driven architectures, and state machines
• Experience with visual programming concepts and knowledge of AI/ML concepts including LLMs and vector databases
• Understanding of risk decisioning workflows and regulatory requirements for automated decision-making
• Strong analytical skills with a background in data-driven decision making and user research capabilities
