AI Product Manager

Job Summary

To support the development of AI agent skills within the Ask Albert platform, the full-time salaried Agent PM will identify high-impact opportunities, manage the full lifecycle of agent skills, and collaborate with enterprise customers to enhance their workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize agentic AI opportunities, translating customer workflows into structured skill requirements and roadmaps
• Own the lifecycle of agent skills from discovery to operational adoption, ensuring they are monetizable and impactful
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to design, build, and iterate on AI agent skills that address real customer problems

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with a focus on AI-powered products in high-growth environments
• Hands-on experience in building or deploying AI agents, including prompt engineering and iterative refinement
• Experience in vertical SaaS or enterprise software, with familiarity in R&D or science-adjacent workflows preferred
• Exceptional customer discovery skills and the ability to map workflows to surface pain points
• Proven ability to prototype solutions and validate ideas through direct building
