AI Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the discovery and incubation of AI Assistant product propositions, the full-time AI Product Manager will work remotely to understand traveler needs, validate opportunities through experimentation, and collaborate across business units to deliver innovative travel experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor the AI Assistant landscape and conduct continuous discovery to identify actionable opportunities for Amadeus
• Design and execute lean experiments to validate product assumptions and define success metrics for each initiative
• Collaborate with various teams to craft distinct travel experiences and assemble necessary capabilities for AI Assistant platforms

Required qualifications

• 4+ years in product management roles, particularly in early-stage incubation or platform environments
• Experience in user research and the ability to synthesize insights into clear narratives
• Proven track record in designing and running product experiments with defined metrics
• Familiarity with AI/ML products and conversational interfaces
• Background in travel, hospitality, or platform ecosystems, with strong storytelling and stakeholder management skills
