AI Product Manager

Job Summary

Driving bespoke AI-first solutions across complex enterprise engagements, the full-time remote AI Product Manager will own the full lifecycle of client solutions from requirements definition to production-ready specifications while collaborating with senior consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product delivery for bespoke AI engagements, managing requirements and go-live processes
• Lead discovery sessions and stakeholder workshops, serving as a strategic voice on AI capabilities and risks
• Prototype and validate AI solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs and maintaining solution roadmaps

Required qualifications

• 8+ years in a product, consulting, or solution design role with ownership of complex, large-scale engagements
• Deep understanding of AI approaches, including experience with large language models and AI solution design
• Proven ability to build and validate working solutions through coding or rapid prototyping tools
• Experience managing large projects with multiple stakeholders and ambiguous scope
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of conducting client workshops and drafting product requirements documents
