AI Product Manager

Job Summary

Driving the product roadmap for AI-powered solutions, the full-time AI Product Manager will define and launch innovative products that enhance staffing and recruiting operations, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and customers in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Understand and translate staffing workflow challenges into AI product opportunities, focusing on automation and decision support
• Develop and maintain a living roadmap for AI products, prioritizing based on customer needs and market trends
• Lead cross-functional launch activities and ensure alignment across Marketing, Sales, and Support teams

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management within an enterprise B2B SaaS company, preferably in staffing or recruiting
• Hands-on familiarity with modern AI technologies and workflows, including large language models and AI-assisted systems
• Experience in conducting customer conversations for discovery and translating insights into prioritized product requirements
• Strong technical background to engage with engineering teams and understand product constraints
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment with multiple priorities
