AI Product Manager

Job Summary

To drive product-led growth at Clarity, the full-time hybrid AI Product Manager will own the end-to-end process of research, ideation, building, shipping, and measuring product initiatives, focusing on enhancing provider referrals and enterprise integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct discovery and user research to develop a prioritized growth roadmap based on insights from pediatricians
• Create self-serve product experiences that simplify navigation and referrals for pediatricians and their staff
• Automate workflows to reduce administrative burdens on referring providers and improve referral efficiency

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in product management with a strong engineering background or a product leader who can code
• Proven ability to design experiments and iterate quickly based on user feedback
• Experience in owning metrics and reporting on product performance
• Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine interest in engaging with users, particularly pediatricians and their teams
• Familiarity with healthcare-related tools and integrations, such as EMR/EHR systems
