AI Product Manager

Job Summary

To support innovative AI-driven solutions, the full-time AI Product Manager will develop strategies for product challenges, lead complex initiatives with cross-functional teams, and influence product roadmaps while collaborating closely with engineering and data science teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and communicate strategies for solving complex product challenges
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to ensure on-time delivery and high-quality results
• Conduct user research and market analysis to identify customer needs and automation opportunities

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management or engineering experience, or 3+ years with an MBA
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and a passion for building AI-powered product experiences
• Experience in SaaS product management; insurance industry experience is a plus
• Proven understanding of product management methodologies across the product lifecycle
• Adept at managing multiple priorities and balancing short-term execution with long-term vision
