AI Product Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time AI Product Manager, the candidate will lead the development of AI-powered features, manage cross-functional teams, and drive product strategy while collaborating with engineering and data science teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and communicate strategies for solving complex product challenges
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to ensure timely delivery and high-quality results
• Conduct user research and market analysis to identify customer needs and automation opportunities

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management or engineering experience, or 3+ years with an MBA
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and enthusiasm for AI-powered product experiences
• Experience with SaaS products; insurance industry experience is a plus
• Proven understanding of product management methodologies across the full product lifecycle
• Adept at managing multiple priorities while balancing short-term execution with long-term vision
