AI Product Manager

Job Summary

To drive the development of AI agent skills within the 'Ask Albert' platform, the full-time Agent PM will manage the entire lifecycle of agentic products, from identifying high-impact opportunities to collaborating with customers and teams to ensure successful deployment and measurable ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize AI opportunities, translating customer workflows into structured agent skill requirements and roadmaps
• Design, build, test, and iterate on AI agent skills, applying platform capabilities to solve real customer problems
• Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, championing adoption and contributing to the development of evaluation standards for agent skills

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with a focus on AI-powered products in high-growth environments
• Hands-on experience in building or deploying AI agents, including prompt engineering and iterative refinement
• Experience in vertical SaaS or enterprise software, preferably with knowledge of R&D workflows
• Exceptional skills in customer discovery and workflow mapping to identify unspoken pain points
• Ability to prototype solutions and validate ideas through direct building rather than just conceptual descriptions
