AI Product Manager

Job Summary

As the Principal AI Product Manager, this full-time remote position will define AI strategy, lead product initiatives from concept to launch, and build intelligent solutions that enhance healthcare workflows and improve patient medication journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for a new AI product area, focusing on streamlining workflows
• Lead AI product initiatives that transform complex healthcare workflows and improve patient access to therapies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build AI products that address real customer challenges and drive measurable impact

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field strongly preferred
• 5+ years of product management experience in healthcare technology or enterprise SaaS products
• Deep expertise in AI product development, particularly in bringing AI-powered products to market
• Experience with complex healthcare provider workflows and launching successful products from 0 to 1
• Strong analytical skills, utilizing data and customer insights to inform product decisions
