AI Product Manager

Job Summary

Seeking an AI Product Manager, the full-time role will develop AI-powered features, lead cross-functional initiatives, and influence product strategy while collaborating with engineering and data science teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and communicate strategies for solving complex product challenges
• Lead cross-functional teams through full development cycles, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality results
• Conduct user research and market analysis to identify customer needs and validate automation opportunities

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management or engineering experience, or 3+ years with an MBA
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and enthusiasm for building AI-powered product experiences
• Experience with SaaS products; insurance industry experience is a plus
• Proven understanding of product management methodologies across the full product lifecycle
• Adept at managing multiple priorities and balancing short-term execution with long-term vision
