AI Product Manager

Job Summary

To support the development of innovative AI solutions, the contract AI Product Manager will define the strategy and roadmap for Generative AI systems, collaborating with engineering and production teams while working remotely from any U.S. location except for specified office-based roles in NY/NJ or Dallas.

Key responsibilities

• Define product vision and strategy for agentic AI systems, translating user pain points into product requirements
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for large language models (LLMs) and establish evaluation frameworks for AI initiatives
• Champion customer needs through user research, translating production challenges into a prioritized AI product roadmap

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent, with 10-15 years of experience in product management
• Strong practical experience in leading multi-team product initiatives, particularly in AI/ML or cloud-based products
• Deep understanding of the AI/ML development lifecycle, including LLMs and MLOps
• Proven ability to engage with cross-functional teams and articulate complex technical visions to diverse audiences
• Strong analytical skills with experience in defining and tracking product metrics for data-informed decision-making
