AI Product Manager
Job Summary
As the first dedicated AI Product Manager focused on patient experiences, this full-time remote position will build AI-powered products to assist patients in finding therapists, staying engaged in care, and improving their mental health outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Own the design of AI-driven patient intake and therapist matching flows
- Develop personalized AI support tools to enhance patient engagement between sessions
- Establish evaluation and safety protocols, including writing evals and designing testing frameworks
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in AI/ML product development
- Experience writing evaluation metrics for AI product quality
- Proven ability to build multi-step LLM-powered user flows in a production environment
- Strong technical understanding of LLMs, including model selection and fine-tuning
- Experience in regulated industries, particularly healthcare or mental health, is a plus
