AI Product Manager

Job Summary

To support the development of innovative AI solutions, the contract AI Product Manager will define the strategy and roadmap for Generative AI systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance productivity and safety, while working remotely from any U.S. location except for NY/NJ or Dallas, where the role is office-based.

Key responsibilities

• Define product vision and strategy, translating user pain points into clear requirements and objectives
• Lead the product lifecycle for large language models (LLMs), prioritizing development to meet user needs
• Drive integration strategies with key ecosystems to enhance automated diagnostics and incident management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent, with 10-15 years of experience in product management
• Strong practical experience leading large, multi-team product initiatives, preferably in AI/ML or cloud-based products
• Deep understanding of the AI/ML development lifecycle, including LLMs and MLOps
• Proven ability to engage with engineering teams and articulate complex technical visions to stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills with experience in defining and tracking product metrics for data-informed decisions
