AI Product Manager

Job Summary

To support the development of innovative AI solutions, the contract AI Product Manager will define the strategy and roadmap for Generative AI agentic systems, collaborating remotely with engineering and application teams to enhance productivity and safety.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and champion the product vision and roadmap for agentic AI systems, translating user pain points into clear product requirements
• Guide the end-to-end product lifecycle for large language models (LLMs), establishing evaluation frameworks and prioritizing user needs in production operations
• Collaborate with production engineers to translate challenges into a prioritized AI product roadmap, ensuring solutions meet high standards of safety and effectiveness

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, with 10-15 years of experience in product management
• Strong practical experience leading multi-team product initiatives, ideally in AI/ML or technical cloud products
• Deep understanding of the AI/ML development lifecycle, including LLMs and MLOps, with the ability to engage in technical discussions
• Proven ability to create prioritized product roadmaps and engage collaboratively across teams in dynamic environments
• Strong analytical skills for defining and tracking product metrics to inform decision-making
