AI Product Manager
Job Summary
Leading the strategy and development of AI-powered capabilities, the full-time AI Product Manager will enhance recruiter workflows across Employ's recruiting platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and responsible AI experiences in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for AI capabilities across the Employ platform
- Identify opportunities where AI can improve customer workflows and deliver measurable value
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and data science teams to create intuitive AI experiences
Required qualifications
- 5-8+ years of product management experience delivering customer-facing software products
- Experience building and scaling B2B SaaS products
- Demonstrated experience delivering AI-powered products or collaborating with AI teams
- Strong product strategy skills, including roadmap development and prioritization
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership
