Job Summary
Leading the strategy and development of AI-powered capabilities, the full-time AI Product Manager will enhance recruiter workflows across Employ's recruiting platform while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for AI-powered capabilities across the Employ platform
- Identify opportunities for AI to improve customer workflows and deliver innovative experiences that create measurable value
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and data science teams to evaluate emerging AI technologies and translate them into customer solutions
Required qualifications
- 5-8+ years of product management experience delivering customer-facing software products
- Experience building and scaling B2B SaaS products
- Demonstrated experience delivering AI-powered products or working closely with AI and data science teams
- Strong product strategy skills, including roadmap development and prioritization
- Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives across engineering, design, and business teams
