AI Product Manager

Job Summary

To support the development of innovative AI solutions, the contract AI Product Manager will define the strategy and roadmap for Generative AI systems, collaborating with engineering and application teams to enhance productivity and safety while working remotely or onsite in specific U.S. locations.

Key responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for agentic AI systems, translating user pain points into clear product requirements
• Guide the end-to-end product lifecycle for large language models (LLMs) and establish evaluation frameworks for AI systems
• Collaborate with production engineers to create a prioritized AI product roadmap that addresses real-world production challenges

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, with 10-15 years of relevant experience in product management
• Strong experience leading large, multi-team product initiatives, particularly in AI/ML or cloud-based products
• Deep understanding of the AI/ML development lifecycle, including LLMs and MLOps
• Proven ability to engage with technical teams and articulate complex technical visions to diverse audiences
• Strong analytical skills with experience in defining and tracking product metrics for data-informed decision-making
