AI Product Manager

Job Summary

To support the development of innovative AI solutions, the contract AI Product Manager will define the strategy and roadmap for generative AI systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance productivity and safety while working remotely or in-office for candidates based in NY/NJ or Dallas.

Key responsibilities

• Define product vision and strategy for agentic AI systems, translating user pain points into clear product requirements
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for LLMs, establishing evaluation frameworks and prioritizing development efforts
• Drive integration strategies with key ecosystems, ensuring solutions meet operational needs and adhere to safety standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent; 10-15 years of experience in product management
• Strong experience leading large-scale product initiatives, particularly in AI/ML or cloud-based products
• Deep understanding of the AI/ML development lifecycle, including LLMs and MLOps
• Proven ability to engage with technical teams and articulate complex visions to diverse stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills for defining and tracking product metrics to inform decision-making
