Owning client engagements end-to-end, the full-time remote AI Product Manager will manage the scoping, development, and delivery of AI-driven products while collaborating with clients to modernize their platforms and enhance their teams' capabilities.
Key responsibilities
- Lead client engagements from discovery through delivery, acting as the primary product voice
- Scope and manage greenfield product builds and platform modernization projects
- Translate ambiguous client requests into clear, actionable work for engineering teams
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience with ownership of scope and delivery outcomes
- Experience in an agency or consulting environment managing multiple client accounts
- Hands-on experience with AI agents, including scoping and building agentic products
- Ability to engage in technical conversations with engineering teams
- Strong client-facing presence with the ability to manage expectations and communicate effectively
