AI Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading product discovery and delivery in a hybrid role, the AI Product Manager will collaborate with clients, designers, and engineers to define product goals, manage backlogs, and guide AI-enabled product development while ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the process.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with clients to identify business problems and translate them into product opportunities through discovery workshops and alignment sessions
• Own and manage the product backlog, collaborating with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality solutions while proactively managing risks and changing priorities
• Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, clearly communicating progress, risks, and trade-offs while representing the product and delivery maturity of the firm

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager in consulting, agency, or client-facing environments
• Hands-on experience using AI tools and familiarity with modern AI product patterns, including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems
• Strong experience leading discovery and delivery simultaneously with cross-functional teams
• Confident facilitating conversations with senior stakeholders and making pragmatic, outcome-focused decisions
• Technical curiosity and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers on AI-related initiatives
