Job Summary
Leading the strategy and development of AI-powered capabilities, the full-time remote AI Product Manager will define innovative product experiences that enhance recruiter workflows and improve customer outcomes across Employ's recruiting platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for AI-powered capabilities across the Employ platform
- Identify opportunities where AI can improve customer workflows and deliver measurable value
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure responsible AI development and adherence to regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
- 4-8 years of product management experience delivering customer-facing software products
- Experience building and scaling B2B SaaS products
- Demonstrated experience delivering AI-powered products or working closely with AI and data science teams
- Strong product strategy skills, including roadmap development and prioritization
- Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives across engineering, design, and business teams
