AI Product Operations Lead

Job Summary

Driving high-performing product teams, the full-time Lead, AI Product Operations will manage operational processes, AI enablement, and new product introductions while collaborating cross-functionally in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Own and evolve the product operating model, including planning cadences and documentation standards
• Define and execute the AI enablement strategy for the product organization, ensuring effective AI tool usage
• Manage the end-to-end New Product Introduction (NPI) process, ensuring cross-functional readiness for market launches

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in product management, product operations, or a related strategy/operations role at a technology company
• Demonstrated experience in a product operations capacity, owning cross-functional processes and team operating rhythms
• Hands-on experience with AI tools in a product or operational context, including AI-powered workflows
• Experience managing a product launch or NPI process with cross-functional coordination
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
