Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Operations Program Manager in Artificial Intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Product Managers to enhance operational efficiency for real estate agent teams
Develop operational processes to support product expansion for new partners and customers
Work closely with Zillow Premier Agents and Premier Agent teams to streamline real estate agent operations

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in a tech environment focusing on automation and AI solutions
Strong project management skills
Strong analytical skills, including excel, SQL familiarity, and generative AI
Flexibility and willingness to be hands-on in project development and execution
Ideally some real estate industry experience or a strong interest in revolutionizing the industry
