AI Product Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Product Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement structured AI product development lifecycle and manage monthly product release processes
• Establish product performance metrics and build dashboards for tracking product performance
• Lead cross-functional collaboration and act as a bridge between support, product, and GTM teams

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in product operations or program management, preferably in an AI native company
• 2+ years of people management experience, ideally leading product operations or analytics teams
• Strong data analysis skills and proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Salesforce
• Background in working with engineering, product, and GTM teams in Enterprise SaaS environments
• Experience in cybersecurity or the email security industry is preferred
