Key Responsibilities

• Operate, stress-test, and quality-check AI tools and LLM-based systems
• Provide structured feedback and synthesize user insights for product improvements
• Manage the Head of Engineering's tasks and optimize work queues across teams

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated technical mindset with AI tool fluency or programming experience
• Proven experience in product operations, QA/Testing, or technical support
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Availability to work 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday, during specified hours
• Must have a reliable computer setup and internet connection
