Key Responsibilities

• Manage the development and delivery of AI products and services, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Oversee and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring clarity and alignment with customer requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute product development sprints and releases

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or related field preferred
• Minimum five years of experience in a product owner or similar role in digital product development
• Minimum five years of supervisory or leadership experience managing direct reports
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and tools, such as Scrum and Jira
• Experience in the mortgage or financial services industry is preferred
