AI Product Owner

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end strategy and performance of AI-handled customer interactions, the full-time remote AI Product Owner will manage product roadmaps, translate business needs into requirements, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a multi-year roadmap for AI-enabled service automation, focusing on high-impact use cases
• Translate business needs into product requirements and coordinate releases with IT and platform teams
• Partner with Compliance and Legal to ensure AI interactions meet regulatory requirements and manage vendor engagements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business, Information Systems, or Computer Science
• 7+ years in product management, process automation, or related roles, with ownership of outcomes and KPIs
• Experience with conversational AI platforms and customer-service technology delivery
• Strong analytical skills to define and monitor performance metrics
• Familiarity with compliance and risk management in regulated environments
