AI Product Owner

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time AI Product Owner focused on Talent Acquisition, this remote role will manage the product vision and strategy for automation and AI initiatives, overseeing the development of intelligent workflows and integrated HR solutions while collaborating with engineering and Talent Acquisition teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the functional product vision, strategy, and prioritization for Automation & AI
• Own business requirements, scoping, PRDs, and user stories, providing clear functional guidance for build and delivery
• Manage the product backlog, evaluate pilots, and oversee functional testing and success measures

Required qualifications

• 3-5+ years in Product Ownership, Product Management, Automation, AI, or Intelligent Workflow Delivery
• Experience in Talent Acquisition, with exposure to PSC or Shared Services Center environments preferred
• Strong understanding of LLM concepts, including prompt engineering and evaluation methods
• Hands-on experience with automation or AI tools such as Copilot Studio, UiPath, and ServiceNow HRSD
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate with senior stakeholders
