AI Product Owner

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and execution-oriented AI Product Owner for a 100% remote contract position, who will lead digital product initiatives in the healthcare provider domain, focusing on provider operations, contracting, and member interactions while leveraging AI tools for product design and workflow optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary product lead for provider-centric platforms, managing the product vision, roadmap, and backlog
• Translate complex business processes into scalable digital products and define product operating models aligned to agile principles
• Leverage advanced AI tools for wireframing, rapid prototyping, and workflow visualization while championing AI-native product delivery practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, or Provider Operations technology
• Extensive experience in healthcare payer/provider ecosystems, including provider data management and contracting
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and modern product operating models
• Experience working with distributed engineering teams and enterprise platforms
