AI Product Owner

Job Summary

Owning the AI workflow roadmap for the I2R value stream, the full-time remote AI Product Owner will redesign customer implementation, onboarding, and renewal processes using AI to enhance efficiency and deliver customer value.

Key responsibilities

• Define and prioritize AI workflow initiatives across the implementation-to-renewal lifecycle, ensuring alignment with enterprise AI strategy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the delivery of AI-assisted workflows and ensure adherence to security, privacy, and compliance standards
• Identify friction points in current workflows and implement redesigns to enhance AI integration and user experience

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in designing and delivering workflows or internal tooling in an enterprise environment
• Experience in building or scaling AI platforms and technologies
• Strong understanding of agile product ownership and backlog management
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and translate technical concepts into actionable product decisions
• Familiarity with AI governance, security, and compliance considerations in a regulated environment
