Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of AI Sales Specialists, providing coaching on strategic selling and complex deal navigation
• Develop and deliver customized training programs to enhance team expertise in AI/ML solutions
• Own and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets for AI/ML solutions in the Americas Expansion territory

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of sales experience with a strong track record in technical software solutions
• 5+ years of experience managing and coaching a high-performing sales or specialist team
• Proven ability to meet or exceed team revenue targets in competitive markets
• In-depth knowledge of AI/ML technologies and successful sales initiatives in this domain
• Bachelor's Degree
