AI Product Solutions Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a strategic and product-minded AI Product Solutions Manager, this full-time remote position will manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI-enabled solutions, translating business needs into scalable automation solutions while driving adoption and governance across Business Services.
Key responsibilities
- Support the development of an AI and automation strategy, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact and feasibility
- Collaborate with department leaders to design, pilot, and scale AI-enabled tools and workflows, ensuring responsible AI practices are embedded
- Drive AI literacy and adoption across Business Services functions through training and workshops, while promoting cross-functional collaboration
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in product management, AI solutions, or business transformation, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment
- Demonstrated experience leading AI product or digital transformation initiatives
- Strong understanding of product discovery, requirements gathering, and workflow design
- Proven ability to translate complex AI concepts into user-centered business solutions
- Familiarity with enterprise AI tools and experience in vendor evaluation and implementation is preferred
