AI Product Strategy Executive
Job Summary
Shaping the future of AI-driven products, the full-time SVP, Product will define and execute Toptal's AI product strategy, lead the product organization, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fully remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Own and drive Toptal's AI product strategy, determining where AI agents and models fit within the marketplace and product offerings
- Establish the vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for the entire product portfolio, including integration of acquisitions and new products
- Lead and mentor the product team, ensuring high standards in hiring, resourcing, and performance evaluation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline; Master's preferred
- At least 15 years of proven software Product Management experience, with 8 years in leadership roles
- Demonstrated success in setting product strategy at the executive level and translating it into executable roadmaps
- Experience leading AI-enabled products with measurable business outcomes
- Deep understanding of modern AI product disciplines, including agentic architectures and model economics
