Job Summary
As a key member of the Platform Strategic Operations team, the full-time AI Product Strategy Senior Manager will develop user-centered AI product strategies, manage operational initiatives, and engage with cross-functional partners to drive growth and efficiency, with the flexibility to work remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Contribute to AI product strategy by understanding customer needs and market trends
- Oversee operational processes such as Quarterly Product Reviews and Annual Planning to ensure alignment with stakeholders
- Conduct market assessments and collaborate with senior staff on strategic initiatives and AI growth opportunities
Required qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience in management consulting, private equity, investment banking, or strategy & operations at a technology firm
- Strong expertise or interest in the enterprise software/SaaS industry, particularly in AI
- Quantitative skills to optimize product strategy and enhance operational excellence
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and build relationships with senior stakeholders
- Experience working in SaaS or PaaS product development and technical strategy is preferred
