AI Product Systems Director

Job Summary

Leading the transformation of Product Operations, the full-time remote AI Product Systems Director will design and implement AI-enabled systems to enhance documentation, communication, and workflow efficiency across Product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-enabled systems for improved planning, documentation, and execution of Product team workflows
• Lead the team responsible for product documentation, release communications, and customer-facing updates
• Drive organizational adoption of new tools and workflows while influencing leaders to embrace standardized processes

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Enablement, or related fields
• 3+ years of experience leading professional teams
• Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing AI-enabled workflows
• Strong understanding of Product Management operating models and product lifecycle management
• Proven ability to influence leaders and drive adoption across complex organizations
