AI Product Systems Director

Job Summary

Leading the transformation of Product operations, the full-time remote AI Product Systems Director will design and implement AI-enabled systems to enhance documentation, communication, and workflow efficiency across Product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-enabled systems to improve planning, documentation, and execution of work
• Lead the team responsible for product documentation and release communications, ensuring quality and scalability
• Drive adoption of new tools and workflows while measuring effectiveness and business impact

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Product Operations, Technical Content, or related fields
• 3+ years of experience leading professional teams
• Demonstrated experience in designing AI-enabled workflows and operational processes
• Strong understanding of Product Management operating models and product lifecycle management
• Proven ability to influence leaders and drive adoption in complex organizations
