AI Product Transformation Manager

Job Summary

Owning the enablement program for AI tools, the full-time AI Product Transformation Manager will plan, build, and deliver training for the global support organization, ensuring readiness for product launches and fluency in AI applications, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the AI Pods and AI Lab programs, including roadmap development, session design, and performance measurement
• Develop hands-on, job-relevant training content for various AI tools and ensure comprehensive support documentation for product launches
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to run launch readiness checks and maintain accurate agent-facing content

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in enablement, learning & development, program management, or product management, with at least 2 years in a customer-facing role
• Proven experience in running launch-readiness programs in collaboration with Product and/or Product Marketing teams
• Hands-on experience with AI tools in a support, sales, or operations context
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Education, or a related field; equivalent experience accepted
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish
