AI Production Standards Manager

Job Summary

Owning the AI production workflows, the full-time remote AI Production Standards Manager will set and document standards for marketing outputs, coach teams to enhance their work, and ensure brand consistency across various formats and channels.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously evolve AI production workflows to ensure on-brand and publish-ready outputs
• Set and document standards for marketing work, making quality benchmarks accessible and actionable
• Enable and coach marketers and writers to produce better work independently through feedback and guidance

Required qualifications

• Strong editorial or creative background with experience in setting and maintaining standards
• Deep fluency with AI production tools and proven ability to manage a collaborative production process
• Experience in enabling non-specialists to improve their work through coaching and documentation
• 4 to 6 years of experience in editorial, creative, or a related marketing function
• Understanding of B2B marketing and the nuances of tone and messaging throughout the buying journey
