AI Productivity Tools Leader

Job Summary

To drive the enterprise AI productivity tools strategy, the full-time remote AI Productivity Tools Leader will manage the portfolio of tools including Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, and Claude Enterprise, ensuring their effective adoption and measurable impact across the organization.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the enterprise AI productivity tools portfolio strategy, defining vision, roadmap, and success measures
• Shape the workforce AI skills strategy and design a multi-layered enablement strategy for tool adoption
• Establish clear metrics for adoption and value realization, synthesizing insights to inform roadmap decisions

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in enterprise product management or digital transformation
• 1+ years of experience delivering AI-powered technology products in production environments
• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-scale productivity or enablement platforms
• Solid understanding of generative AI concepts and enterprise technology ecosystems
• Proven ability to engage with senior executives and influence across strategy and execution
