AI Products Director

Job Summary

To turn AI strategy into reality, the full-time remote AI Products Director will manage the AI product lifecycle, define roadmaps, and deliver AI-powered features while ensuring compliance and scalability in a regulated brokerage environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the AI product lifecycle, from defining roadmaps to launching AI-powered features
• Drive customer-facing AI experiences and internal automation to enhance operational efficiency
• Implement responsible AI practices and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks

Required qualifications

• 7-10 years in product/platform roles, with 5+ years in AI/ML-powered products in regulated environments
• 3-5 years leading cross-functional delivery teams with a proven record of shipping to production
• Deep experience in designing and deploying AI automations and LLMs
• Ability to navigate SEC/FINRA frameworks and align with InfoSec, Legal, and Compliance
• Experience with A/B testing and scaling proofs-of-concept into production
