AI Products Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote AI Products Senior Product Manager, the candidate will own the product lifecycle for AI-powered features and platforms, defining roadmaps, prototyping solutions, and ensuring enterprise-wide adoption while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a regulated financial services environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the AI product lifecycle by defining roadmaps, writing requirements, and delivering AI-powered features from concept through launch
• Partner with engineering to configure and operate AI platforms, driving continuous improvement and tracking adoption and quality
• Implement responsible AI governance and navigate regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and enterprise impact

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a technical field
• 7+ years in product/platform roles, including 1+ years in AI/ML-powered products or large-scale workflow automations
• Hands-on experience with AI product management, including using LLMs and spec-driven development practices
• Deep understanding of AI architectures, prompt engineering, and the ability to prototype workflows using no-code/low-code tools
• Proven ability to align AI initiatives with SEC/FINRA requirements and partner effectively with compliance teams
