AI Program Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP, AI Program Lead to oversee the implementation of artificial intelligence initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and deploy the AI Center of Excellence to enhance employee adoption
• Administer and coordinate the bank's AI program portfolio, including tracking and reporting of AI use cases
• Monitor AI lifecycle activities and track performance metrics, risks, and issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Risk Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in AI, machine learning, or a related role
• Minimum of 1 year of experience leading a program
• Experience in a regulated financial services environment preferred
• Strong understanding of AI concepts and familiarity with program administration and technology governance
