AI Program Management Director

Job Summary

Driving enterprise AI initiatives across all lines of business, the full-time salaried AI Program Management Director will manage the AI initiative portfolio, ensuring timely delivery of projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Managing the enterprise AI initiative portfolio from intake through delivery, maintaining visibility into all approved projects and tracking program status
• Leading planning and execution for enterprise AI initiatives, coordinating activities across various teams and managing delivery risks
• Supporting AI governance processes and preparing portfolio dashboards, status reports, and executive presentations for stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
• 10+ years of program or project management experience, with 5+ years leading enterprise technology initiatives
• Agile Certification and PMP preferred
• Experience managing large, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Asana, and Jira
