• Lead client-facing AI program governance and delivery assurance
• Establish PMO standards and manage AI project lifecycles
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of AI solutions and ensure compliance with responsible AI principles

Required Qualifications

• BS/BA in a technical or business field; MBA preferred
• 7-10+ years in program/project management; 3+ years managing AI/ML initiatives
• Proven experience in people leadership and coaching
• Experience delivering complex, client-facing AI programs
• PMP Certification
