AI Program Manager

Job Summary

Driving the AI rollout for a major consumer retail marketing transformation initiative, the contract AI Program Manager will coordinate multiple workstreams, establish governance mechanisms, and manage communications in a fully remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end coordination across all transformation workstreams, ensuring alignment on shared goals
• Establish and maintain milestone tracking, reporting, and accountability mechanisms across teams
• Manage centralized program communications and scheduling, serving as the primary source for status updates

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in marketing operations or media operations within a large organization
• Strong practical AI skillset for evaluating and guiding the adoption of AI tools
• Proven program or project management experience across cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience supporting organizational change initiatives is preferred
