AI Program Manager

Job Summary

Responsible for planning, execution, and delivery across a portfolio of concurrent AI projects, the full-time AI Program Manager will build the organization's AI capability through skills and training while serving as the single point of accountability for project execution in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Sets priorities, performance goals, and objectives for the team across the AI project portfolio
• Builds and delivers AI skills and training programs for the team and broader organization
• Manages and evaluates individual and team performance, taking action to meet or exceed standards

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of applicable IT experience
• 2+ years of people management experience
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or another technical discipline, or 8+ years of demonstrable project/program management experience
