AI Program Manager
Job Summary
To support enterprise-wide AI enablement initiatives, the contract AI Program Manager will manage project plans, create integrated roadmaps, and coordinate interdependent workstreams while working remotely for a duration of 4 months with a possible extension.
Key responsibilities:
- Translate AI enablement priorities into practical workstreams and implementation plans
- Create and maintain integrated roadmaps connecting strategic objectives with execution sequencing
- Facilitate planning sessions and coordinate across various teams to ensure accountability and progress
Required qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in strategy implementation, program or project management, or technology delivery
- Experience building roadmaps and converting strategic objectives into actionable plans
- Proficiency in using project-planning tools and managing multiple interdependent workstreams
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and drive execution without formal authority
- Experience supporting AI or emerging technology initiatives in regulated environments is preferred
