Job Summary

Coordinating AI-related projects across internal teams, the full-time AI Program Manager will manage project tracking, scheduling, and execution while supporting skill development and cross-functional collaboration in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and coordinate AI projects across business teams, maintaining status updates and managing resource needs
• Apply project management practices to ensure timely execution of AI initiatives and support collaboration between stakeholders
• Identify opportunities for AI skill development and coordinate training resources to close identified gaps

Required Qualifications

• 4-5+ years of experience in program or project management, particularly with cross-functional teams
• Experience managing a portfolio of related projects, with a focus on business teams such as Finance, Product, or Customer Success
• Working knowledge of project management tools and practices, including timelines and status reporting
• Basic familiarity with AI and agentic tools sufficient for project coordination
• Experience supporting training or change-management efforts within a business context
