Job Summary

AI Program Transformation Lead, is a full-time individual contributor role focused on driving AI-driven business transformation by partnering with leaders to identify inefficiencies, redesign workflows, and ensure the adoption of new solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify high-impact process inefficiencies and define future-state workflows enabled by AI
• Redesign workflows and operating models to drive adoption and change management
• Lead end-to-end program execution, ensuring on-time and high-quality deployment of AI solutions

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business transformation, operations leadership, or change management
• Related bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or similar fields
• Proven ability to redesign business processes end-to-end in complex organizations
• Hands-on experience with GenAI tools and workflow automation platforms
• Strong business acumen with the ability to define KPIs and evaluate ROI
